Leadership

Razi Hasan serves as the Principal for Turnkey Consulting Group. Razi is responsible for all day-to-day operations internally and externally while designing and providing complete solutions for the consulting team in a progressive multi-tasking environment. Razi is a management professional with over 10 years of experience working for organizations with a focus on operations. Razi has experience with project management, negotiations, prioritizing and evaluating needs, task completion, and outcomes. Razi’s main strengths are client-relations and providing direct oversight and accountability for projects and initiatives. Razi Hasan is the current Joint Secretary of the Pakistan American Society of South Jersey (PASSJ) located in Voorhees, NJ. The PASSJ is a non-profit organization (501 c3) created for the socio-economic and cultural advancement of Pakistani Americans. Prior to joining the Turnkey team, Razi Hasan was the Executive Vice President of Phoenix: Alternative Education, NP. (P: AE) in Blackwood, NJ and the Chief Operating Officer of ARP Associates, LLC (ARP) in Cherry Hill, NJ. Razi Hasan holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and currently resides with his wife in Southern New Jersey where he has lived for the last 30 years.

Rosemarie Cruz is a communication and branding specialist with nearly ten years of experience in various areas of marketing.  Experienced in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, she has contributed to the growth of several organizations in the roles of event planner, director of strategic communications, social media manager, and graphic designer.  Prior to joining Turnkey Consulting Group, Rosemarie was the events and marketing manager at Concilio, where she planned large-scale events like the Puerto Rican Parade and the Hispanic Fiesta at Penn’s Landing, helped increase agency revenue by generating new sponsorship opportunities, and fully rebranded the fifty year-old organization.

Carlos Cartagena founded the Turnkey Strategic Management Solutions (Turnkey SMS) initiative in January of 2013. An experienced management professional, Carlos has  aided many organizations in implementing business strategies and processes. In March of 2010, Carlos co-founded Outcomes Force, LLC, a software consulting firm. While at Outcomes Force, he was instrumental in positioning the company and its partners to acquire a contract with Comcast Corporation in 2011 to help launch Philly In Focus, a community-driven, local video and interactive media network under the company’s Project Open Voice. Carlos was also recognized by Impacto Newspaper and PHLDiversity’s Multicultural Affairs Congress as one of Delaware Valley’s Most Influential Latinos of 2010 alongside Ruben Amaro Jr. General Manager of the Philadelphia Phillies, Iron Chef Jose Garces, and Anchorman Walter Perez of Channel 6 News. Carlos is an Adjunct Professor for Harcum College and works out of the Leadership Department, teaching courses in sociology, human services, humanities, and psychology. Carlos earned both a Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Social Work while attending Temple University.
